Our UK orders are shipped through Royal Mail Tracked 24. Please allow two working days for your order to be dispatched. All orders placed over the weekend or during a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
We hope you’ll be delighted with your Milldred dungarees, however, if you’d like a refund, or to exchange your order, please return your item to us within 14 days of receipt.

We highly recommend returning via tracked or recorded delivery. Providing the item is unworn and the original tags remain attached in the same way that they were originally fastened, we will process the refund or exchange once we receive your order return. Please note we do not offer free returns and shipping costs will not be refunded.
We aim to process all returns within 3 working days from receipt of goods, however please note that during busy periods and national holidays this may take longer.
Please do consider that we reserve the right to reject certain items returned, this includes any items that smell of smoke and items returned in unsuitable packaging.
All to destinations outside the UK are shipped through Royal Mail Parcel Force using their Express International service. Delivery times, shipping rates and taxes vary.

Duties and taxes will be levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination, and you will be responsible for paying these charges. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot confirm their amount in advance of your order placement.
Orders to islands surrounding the UK, such as the Channels Islands, Highlands or Northern Ireland, may also be subject to import duties and taxes.
Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
