Refund policy


To start a return, you can contact us at Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Please write of your order number clearly somewhere on the outside of the package and post your item(s) to: Milldred Returns, 101 Herbert Gardens, London, NW10 3BH

We highly recommend returning via tracked or recorded delivery.

Providing the item is unworn and the original tags remain attached in the same way that they were originally fastened, we will process the refund or exchange once we receive your order return. Please note we are not able to cover the cost of returns, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

We aim to process all returns within 5 working days from receipt of goods, however please note that during busy periods this may take a little longer.

Please do consider that we reserve the right to reject certain items returned, this includes any items that smell of smoke and items returned in unsuitable packaging.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
