Returns

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@milldred.comWe have a 14-day exchange and return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please complete the returns form included in the original package and post your unworn item(s) to:

We highly recommend returning via tracked or recorded delivery.

Providing the item is unworn and the original tags remain attached in the same way that they were originally fastened, we will process the refund or exchange once we receive your order return. Please note we are not able to cover the cost of returns, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

We aim to process all returns within 1-3 working days from receipt of goods, however please note that during busy periods this may take a little longer.

We reserve the right to reject certain items returned, this includes any items that smell of smoke and items returned in unsuitable packaging.

We will process your exchange as soon as your return has been received (typically within 24 hours). 

Refunds

Assuming the returned items are approved, you’ll be refunded automatically via the original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
